NO TALKS WITH PALESTINIANS UNTIL TERROR STOPS

SPECIAL JERUSALEM REPORT
April 1, 2003 28 Adar II 5763
Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom told US President George W. Bush that Israel would agree to resume negotiations with the Palestinians only after "a cessation of terror attacks" against Israelis. In an interview today, Shalom said that both the President and National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice indicated that they understand that terrorism is a central issue. But Shalom, interviewed live over Israel Radio, would not say exactly what Bush replied to the conditions set by Israel for the talks. The US leaders said they intended to press forward with a so-called "road map" agreed upon by the Quartet comprising the US, UN, Russia and European Union. The Foreign Minister also said Israel was waiting to see what steps would be taken by Mahmud Abbas, the new Palestinian prime minister, once he installs a new cabinet, which is expected to take place in about two weeks. Shalom said that Israel will give Abbas one or two months to prove he can stop terrorist attacks.
U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell told an AIPAC convention on Sunday night that Israel will have to stop all settlement construction. He said that the plan is not an "edict," but merely a "statement of the broad steps we believe Israel and the Palestinians must take to achieve President Bush's vision…" Powell further said, "Settlement activity is simply inconsistent with President Bush's two-state vision."
National Security Advisor Condoleeza Rice was even stronger in her speech yesterday to AIPAC. "The Road Map plan is not open to negotiation," she said. Comments from the sides would be welcome, however, she said.
A HISTORY LESSON re: THE ROADMAP from Dr. G.M. Ettinger, Poole, England
This is a highly disturbing parallel to the Rambouillet "proposals" put to Yugoslavia a few years ago: The Rambouillet proposals involved full surrender of Serbia to the United Nations and the European Union. These organizations - and their member countries - were to have full authority to occupy all of Serbia, including Belgrade. Serbia (i.e. what was left of Yugoslavia) was simply to co-operate with the occupying forces and to hand over any Serbs demanded by the occupiers.
These, and many other proposals, were put to the Serb delegates by US Secretary Marilyn Albright as an ultimatum. No discussions, just sign here!!
Now to the "Road Map". It is understood that Israel (or what would be left after implementation) would give full authority to "inspectors" of the quartet to occupy all of Israel, including Jerusalem, and to co-operate with the occupying forces led by CIA commander Tenet. Again, just as it was at Ramboillet and at Munich, no negotiations. Just sign here!!
If you want details of the Quartet's "Diktat", just look at reports on the Ramboillet conference, or the Munich conference in 1938, as reported in detail by then Czech Foreign Office Minister Hubert Masaryk, quoted by British journalist, G.E.R. Gedye:
"The Czechs were left kicking their heels in Munich from 4:20pm to 7 pm without being able to see anyone from either the French or British missions." Quoting Masaryk: "Then Sir Horace Wilson of the Foreign Office told us the main lines of the new plan and handed us a map on which were marked the areas which were to be occupied (by the Germans) at once. At 1:30 am we were taken into the hall where the conference had been held. There were present there Mr. Neville Chamberlain, M. Daladier, Sir Horace Wilson, M. Leger, Mr. Ashton- Gwatkin and, for the Czechs, Dr Mastny and Hubert Masaryk. M. Daladier and M. Leger said that NO ANSWER WAS REQUIRED FROM CZECHOSLOVAKIA, that they (Britain, France and Germany) regarded the plan as accepted. Then they said they had finished with us, and we could go. The Czech Republic as fixed by the frontiers of 1918, had ceased to exist."
The description of the Ramboullet "conference" is almost identical: The unsurprising results of Rambouillet, at an early stage, are reported in "The Times" on March 7, 2000 in an article called: “UN Denies Serbs Justice”. Three years ago, the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo, under Bernard Kouchner, was administering justice!
And the Tenet road map, just published, is almost identical, including the Tenet plans for European Union/United Nations occupying forces and acceptance of the Road Map, as at Rambouillet and at Munich, NO NEGOTIATIONS. JUST SIGN HERE!!
It is unbelievable that any Jew should even dream of signing the Road Map on behalf of Israel!!
Shalom,
